Academic Records and Official Documents
ISNS maintains academic records for all students and provides official school documents for educational, administrative, and application purposes.
Depending on the student's grade level and the purpose of the request, school documents may include:

Transcript Requests
To protect the integrity and authenticity of student records, official transcripts are sent directly by ISNS to the receiving institution when official submission is required.
Official transcripts, whether paper or electronic, are not released to students, parents, educational consultants, agents, or other third parties. They are intended solely for the recipient institution and may not be redistributed or submitted elsewhere on behalf of ISNS.
Students may request unofficial transcripts for personal records or applications that do not require official documentation.
Report Cards
Report cards provide a summary of a student's academic progress during designated reporting periods throughout the school year. Students may be asked to provide report cards when applying to another school, program, or organization.
Recommendations
Teacher and counsellor recommendations may be required for applications to universities, schools, summer programs, scholarships, or other organizations.
To maintain the integrity of the recommendation process, recommendations are submitted directly by the school or the staff member completing the recommendation. They are not provided to students, parents, educational consultants, agents, or other third parties.

Students requiring additional submissions should consult the University and Careers Counselling (UCC) team.
Processing Times
Most document requests are processed within three business days, although timelines may vary depending on the nature of the request and the time of year.

Families are encouraged to submit requests well in advance of application deadlines, particularly during peak periods such as university application season and school holidays.
