Aigera Mussina is an educator from Kazakhstan. She holds a PGCE with iQTS from the University of Buckingham and a Master’s degree in Leadership in Education from Nazarbayev University. With nine years of teaching experience, Aigerim has worked across diverse educational contexts in China, Kazakhstan, and the United States. She has extensive experience teaching Biology and Science within international curricula, including IB MYP, IGCSE, and A Level.
In addition to her school-based teaching, Aigerim has contributed to enrichment programs at Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth (CTY), where she taught Biomedicine and Forensic Science, supporting high-achieving students in advanced, inquiry-based learning.
Aigerim is passionate about fostering conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and student independence. She strives to create an engaging and supportive learning environment where students develop confidence and curiosity.
