Alisa joined ISNS in August 2025 and currently works as a Grade 4 Teaching Assistant. 

She graduated from Guangdong Pei Zheng College with a degree in International Economics and Trade. In her role, she supports students with their daily learning, classroom routines, and class activities, while working closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment. She is patient and attentive when working with children and enjoys helping students become more confident and independent. 

She believes that every child develops at their own pace and values being part of their learning journey.
