Bryan Fradgley

MS/HS Learning Support Teacher

Bryan is from Ontario, Canada. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and completed his Master's of Science in Education at Medaille College in New York, U.S.A. Bryan has been involved in teaching and education for over 15 years. He brings a vast amount of experience with his roles as a homeroom middle school teacher and as a Learning Support Teacher, building strong, inclusive and supportive classroom communities. His expertise extends to Special Education, where he has worked closely with students with varying specialized needs, as well as those requiring individualized support. Bryan has also worked in roles supporting English as a Second Language (ESL) and English Language Learner (ELL) students, helping them thrive academically and socially. He is a strong advocate for differentiated instruction, tailoring his teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of his students. In addition to his classroom work, Bryan has conducted academic testing and assessments, using data to inform instruction and support student growth. His commitment to inclusive education, combined with his deep understanding of student learning needs, allows him to inspire and empower students through thoughtful, adaptive, holistic, and student-centered teaching practices.  


When not at school, Bryan enjoys traveling with his family and playing sports such as hockey, baseball, and golf.
