Daniel, a native of Olympia, Washington, graduated from the University of Central Washington with a Bachalor of Science in Anthropology. Daniel is a passionate and adaptable educator with six years of teaching experience in China as a Primary Homeroom Teacher. Dedicated to creating dynamic, student-centered classrooms, he fosters independent thinking, creativity, and a love for learning. His conversational Mandarin skills and deep appreciation for Chinese culture allow him to connect authentically with students and enrich their educational experience. 

Committed to empathy and respect, Daniel believes the best learning environments empower students to thrive academically and personally. Outside the classroom, he stays active through weightlifting, sports, and exploring China's rich history and culture - experiences he often incorporates into lessons to make learning more relatable.
