Jackie is a 1:1 learning assistant at ISNS. She holds a Master degree in Crosscultural and Applied Linguistics from the University of Sydney and a Master degree in Social Work from the University of Melbourne. 

She is a former mental health social worker at a Melbourne public hospital, with hands-on experience in managing independent caseloads across all age ranges. She has experienced in providing support to adolescents, responding to crisis, and facilitating communication between families and institutions with skills in interpersonal communication and negotiation. 

Jackie is looking forward to bringing her expertise to education setting and providing tailored support to students collaboratively with school teams.
