Layla is the Operations Director at ISNS, her main responsibility is to assist the Executive Director and Head of School to ensure the school’s daily operations. She oversees the Operations Team that provides logistical support for the faculty team and the school community.

Layla is from Shenzhen and graduated from South China Agricultural University with a bachelor’s degree in English Education. She started her career in international trading, during the years of working in cross-cultural environment where she was leading a small team, she gained practical administrative and management experience that contributed to her career change when she joined ISNS in 2016.

Layla is very proud to be part of the ISNS family where there are hardworking staff, dedicated educators and excellent students. She is determined to contribute to a better future of ISNS just like everyone else here, and she is excited to see ISNS progress day by day and become a top IB world school!
