Mandy Lian is a Grade 2 teaching assistant. She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and Education Management from Lingnan University. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in English from Shenzhen University, and she further enriched her education through a two-year exchange program at Brunel University.

She believes that education often is not linear, it is through the process of recursive inquiry, and mistakes are an invaluable part of learning. She respects every student and aims to create a safe environment for students to learn, explore, and to be a lifelong learner.
